During high season and balances, shipments may take a little longer.

You have 7 days from the reception, to decide if you are satisfied with the items you purchased. VIP guarantees you a replacement or refund for any items if they are returned in their original condition.
We do not assume the costs related to the return of the product. Repayment is made over a maximum period of 15 days.
